By using ChameleAI, you agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to the Service shall be determined by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Delaware. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that ChameleAI Inc. may apply for injunctive remedies or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief in any jurisdiction.
ChameleAI Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to ChameleAI at any time, without notice, for any reason.
ChameleAI Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of ChameleAI following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
